What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies, measures no audience, uses no tracking or advertising tools, and builds no profile of its visitors. Reading these pages leaves no record of you.

The data you send us

The only data collected is what you write yourself in one of the site's forms: depending on the form, your name, your electronic address, your telephone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your background, your trade or your reasons for writing.

That data serves solely to answer your message and, where it is an application, to consider it. It is neither sold, nor passed on, nor used for any solicitation.

The ground for this processing lies, according to the case, in the steps you yourself request by writing to us, or in the legitimate interest in answering a message addressed to us.

Where your messages pass

The forms on this site are carried by the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives the content of the form and forwards it by electronic mail to the address of the house. That provider is established outside the European Union, and it is right that you should know so before writing.

The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts; that request transmits your IP address to that service, without any cookie being set or any identification of you being made. Its stylesheet is served from the site itself.

How long it is kept

Ordinary messages are kept for as long as they take to deal with, and deleted within twelve months. Applications are kept while they are under consideration and, if they do not succeed, for no more than two years, so that contact may be resumed should a later cycle suit; you may ask for their immediate deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain access to the data concerning you, to have it corrected or erased, to receive a copy of it, to object to its processing or to ask that it be restricted. It is enough to write to info@al-uns.com, and an answer will be given within the month.

Should that answer not satisfy you, you may bring the matter before the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (gpdp.it), or before the authority of your own country of residence.

Minors

The forms on this site are not addressed to minors. Should an application concern a person under the age of eighteen, it would be considered only with the written agreement of those responsible for them.
